IN STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased just bring it in to our store location. We accept returns up to 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or product exchange. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all attached tags and boxes, and must be accompanied with your original receipt. We do not accept returns on undergarments, tights, special orders, or sale items.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased just send it back to us. We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date on items that are unused, in their original packaging and with all attached tags and boxes.
Just send the item(s) back to us via the mail with a copy of your invoice stating whether you would like to exchange the item for something else or return it for a refund. If you are exchanging an item please include the item, size, and color you would like to exchange for. As soon as we receive the original item you are returning in the mail we will ship out the exchange or credit back your card. Exchanges will incur an additional shipping charge unless the order is $125 and over.
Items returned after 14 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on undergarments, tights, or sale items. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any returned or exchanged items unless the item is defective or if there was a shipping error.
Online purchases may be returned or exchanged at our store location. Refunds will go directly to your credit card that was used in your online purchase and will not be given at the store.
